1. Data controller

Axentra Solutions (“Axentra”), the developer of OmniSight, operating www.axentrasolutions.com, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

2. Personal data we process

When you fill in the pilot request form on getomnisight.com we collect your name, institution, job title, phone number and work email. These are identification and contact data. We do not request sensitive personal data on this site.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and pages visited, for security and operational purposes. The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools.

3. Purposes

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, write to the privacy contact. Opting out will not affect how we handle your request.

4. Video and data processed during a pilot

During a pilot or deployment, OmniSight is installed on the institution's own servers and video is processed there. That processing (including images of people and license plates) is carried out by the institution as data controller, under its own legal framework and privacy notice, and is governed by the agreement signed with it. This notice only covers data we collect through this website.

5. Transfers and processors

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. To run the site and the form we use providers acting as processors on Axentra's behalf, such as web hosting, email delivery and customer relationship management (CRM) services, some of them located outside Mexico. Your data may only be transferred without your consent where the law allows it, for example when required by a competent authority.

6. ARCO rights and withdrawing consent

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your data, or to object to its processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent. To do so, send a request to privacidad@axentrasolutions.com including:

7. Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then block and delete it as required by law. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it against damage, loss, alteration or unauthorized access.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. Any change will be published on this page with the date of the last update.

9. Authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent data protection authority in Mexico.
